This was unbelievable value! The staff were the highlight, meeting our every need, including a pot of tea late at night when I was feeling poorly! Even bottles of wine and pizza a 2am after our wedding party! Everything we asked for they provided, ironing room, food, drinks, information! I love how old it was! That it was clean. The staff were amazingly helpful! I even met the owner and he was super lovely as was his furbaby! The entire experience at this hotel was just perfect! As a solo traveler I felt safe and well taken care of!

I found the staff very hospitable, helpful and kind particularly with going the extra mile to look up trains and where to buy tickets. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff y warm and accommodating.

We were upgraded from Hotel Piccolo to San Michelle Hotel. We had a slow water drainage problem the first day so the next day we were moved to a nice room next door. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a eggs, bacon, and wide variety of fruits, pastries, meats and cheeses. Staff was especially helpful. Great location near Piazza Republica
